We had a good stay for short visit.
Fashionable and recently decorated rooms had a mini refrigerator, a safe and coffee. It was in a central location, right in the heart of Chinatown. For short-orders there was Bee Cheng Hiang, we found it close by.

Cheap and great meals. Incredibly nice, accommodating staff with smiling face. Great location, a few steps away from everywhere.

Location is great, next to the subway and Chinatown, Clarke Quay. etc. New hotel so new rooms, but the maintenence is not so good so I guess in 1 year that would be not so good anymore.
First of all they lie in Booking, no info about rooms without window. I figured out that I got one without, they upgraded me to a twin deluxe due to "missing/hidding" info about no windows room....but when we arrived, surprise! No twin rooms available. I got an e-mail from reception manager with the confirmation but no chance....they were really unpolite, even told me to look for another hotel if I wanted a twin room. So, first they lie....then they sent me a confirmation which was another lie....and then they treated me bad. If you go alone is ok but 2 people....the rooms are really small even the Deluxe. The room was really warm, back side, some air cond outlets or kitchen from the restaurants maybe....u can'y stand there without air condition continously working.... They left our room door opened one day.....no gel....etc.

we had a family room, basically 2 rooms in 1, with a bit of privacy in the parent bedroom which was nice.
it was not too clean and also was not cleaned while we were staying there 2 days.

A Cozy Stay in the Heart of Chinatown
We enjoyed a lovely evening in this clean, stylish room with a gorgeous king bed. The staff were friendly, and we loved exploring local eateries just steps away. Just a tip, be mindful of the slipperiness in the wet room. A great choice for couples!

New room equipment, all clean, very good beds, good bed covers, enough space in the room (top level rooms, don't know about the others). Not much noise from the outside (no window helps in this matter). Located at a subway station.
No Internet on the top level rooms, no windows. Toilet behind normal glas inside the room (some greying in the middle section of the glas would be not much different, but would increase privacy while on the toilett)

I absolutely love rainforest shower they have - the best I've seen. Despite all the minuses I will consider this hotel to stay next time if nothing better comes up.
Washbasin has no soap - receptionist said we need to use body wash from the shower which is kind of weird. Tv set has 5 or 6 channels which also very strange. No balcony and no drying gear to put cloth on - so if you plan doing laundry you are of of luck.

Just a reliable pick for a short stint in Singapore with reasonable value. The bed was comfortable enough for a decent rest after exploring. Make sure to bring your own charging adapter as there's only one power point under the desk.

Good value for money. The suite was fairly spacious.
Depleted supplies were not replaced automatically with room cleaning.
